KO.DESAiGN STUDiOS (Ko Kensen, Haarlem, the Netherlands) respects your privacy. This page explains which personal data we process when you visit kodesaign.com or book an intro call, and why.
Booking an intro call
When you book a call, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the chosen date and time, and any notes you add. We use these only to schedule and hold the call. The appointment is added to our Google Calendar and you receive a calendar invitation with a video link (Google Meet).
Google Calendar
Our booking system uses the Google Calendar API to check when we are available and to create the appointment in our own calendar. It does not access your calendar. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you email us at info@kodesaign.com, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.
Retention
Booking details stay in our calendar for as long as needed for our business relationship and administration, and are deleted on request.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. We use the following services to run the website and bookings: Netlify (hosting), Google (calendar and video calls) and Hostnet (email).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores your choice of language and light/dark mode in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@kodesaign.com.

KO.DESAiGN STUDiOS (Ko Kensen, Haarlem) gaat zorgvuldig om met je gegevens. Hier lees je welke persoonsgegevens we verwerken als je kodesaign.com bezoekt of een kennismaking inplant, en waarom.
Een kennismaking inplannen
Als je een gesprek boekt, ontvangen we je naam, e-mailadres, de gekozen datum en tijd en eventuele opmerkingen. Die gebruiken we alleen om het gesprek in te plannen en te voeren. De afspraak komt in onze Google Agenda en je krijgt een uitnodiging met een videolink (Google Meet).
Google Agenda
Ons boekingssysteem gebruikt de Google Calendar API om te zien wanneer we beschikbaar zijn en om de afspraak in onze eigen agenda te zetten. Het heeft geen toegang tot jouw agenda. Ons gebruik van gegevens uit Google API's volgt de Google API Services User Data Policy, inclusief de Limited Use-voorwaarden.
Delen, bewaren en je rechten
We verkopen of delen je gegevens niet. Voor de site en de afspraken gebruiken we Netlify (hosting), Google (agenda en videogesprekken) en Hostnet (e-mail). We bewaren gegevens zolang nodig voor onze samenwerking en administratie. Je kunt je gegevens altijd inzien, laten aanpassen of laten verwijderen via info@kodesaign.com. De site gebruikt geen tracking- of advertentiecookies.
